Three ways to light up your life

Sometimes life can be unfair. We all run into just 'beige' periods of life, when your hair doesn't look right and everyone and everything around you just seems to be plain boring. It's beige, it's average but you don't have to live like that, light your life up in three simple steps...

Hit the hardest wall first...
The thing about a dull life is that it often lies in the middle of long periods of procrastination. And before you can follow your dreams you need to complete all those boring things, update your passport so you can go on an adventure, start filling out forms for that dream job and start drafting your ucas statement. Go hard at the boring stuff so you can get to your dream


Sleep more and sleep well....
Sleep is the secret to unlocking a lot of your inner potential, lack of sleep is linked to lower intelligence and creativity. Aim to build up to eight hours of sleep a night, or at least six. Make sure the sleep is clear (that means no alcohol or non-prescription), get into a routine or going to sleep and waking up at a certain time and avoid using your phone in bed.


Give more...
Kindness can light up your life in a way nothing else can. Go see your grandparents, donate your clothes and volunteer for something good in your community. Light up your life by keeping up your kindness.
